Services & Modalities
How I can help
Virtual therapy for individuals, couples, teens, and students across Ontario — grounded in evidence, shaped around you.
Areas of focus
Mental Health
Support for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and the full range of emotional and psychological challenges that affect daily life.
Addiction & Recovery
Compassionate, non-judgmental support for those navigating substance use, behavioural addictions, and the complex road to recovery.
Intimate Partner Violence
Specialized support for survivors of IPV and for those working to change harmful patterns — with safety and accountability at the centre.
Relational Concerns
Untangling patterns in relationships — with partners, family, or yourself — to build healthier, more connected ways of relating.
School & Life Transitions
Support for students, young adults, and anyone navigating major change — from academic pressure to career shifts and identity questions.
End-of-Life & Grief
Thoughtful, compassionate care for those facing terminal illness, supporting a loved one through dying, or navigating loss.
Therapeutic approaches
I draw on a range of evidence-based modalities, selecting and blending approaches based on what fits you — not a fixed formula.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Explores the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Helps identify and shift unhelpful patterns that keep you stuck.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
Builds psychological flexibility by helping you accept what is outside your control and commit to action aligned with your values.
Motivational Interviewing
A collaborative, person-centred approach that strengthens your own motivation and commitment to change — at your pace.
Gottman Method
Research-based couples therapy that builds friendship, manages conflict constructively, and creates shared meaning in relationships.
Solution-Focused Therapy
Focuses on your strengths and what is already working, building practical solutions rather than dwelling on problems.
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy
Develops skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Narrative Therapy
Helps you re-author your story — separating who you are from the problems you face, and reclaiming your preferred identity.
Who I work with
I offer therapy to adolescents, adults, and older adults across Ontario — including individuals, couples, and post-secondary students. My practice is LGBTQ2A+ affirming, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive.
